We have a number of superb flats to rent and houses to rent in cities across the UK. Grant Management provide property management services to landlords within the UK and based overseas.

Grant Property was set up in 1997 by husband and wife Peter and Colette Grant. With around 100 staff, it is still owned and managed by its founders, with HBOS PLC having taken a 20% stake in January 2006. Peter and Colette Grant based Grant Property's business model on their own personal experience as investors, landlords and tenants. Subsequently, Grant Property aims to put itself in the customer's shoes and to align the customer's interests with their own.
