What's in it for me?
If you become a Grant Property Ambassador we'll pay you £50 if your recommendation of one of our properties leads to a lease for us. Now the group that you recommend will get £50 too - how you all spend it's up to you.
How do I do it?
All you have to do is refer a friend to Grant Property who comes to stay with us. You don't have to stop at one and we'll pay you both once they've signed their lease.
As the biggest student accommodation provider across Scotland we offer properties to the local market in North-eastern Aberdeen and Dundee as well as Stirling, Edinburgh and Glasgow. If you have a friend or colleague who you know is looking for somewhere to stay all you have to do is get them to mention your name when they make an appointment and tell the letting agent showing them round that you were the one who let them know about Grant Property.
As soon as your referral becomes a Grant Property tenant and have signed a lease for six months or more we'll reward you the lovely sum of £50.
